The Summit of Clan Arcona wishes that Archpriest al'Lan Mandragoran<br> receive a Dark Cross for his superior preformance in the RoS Debate<br> Competition. Al'Lan was a great asset to the Arcona Debate Team and wrote the entire first round. Lan composed and wrote the entire first round debate himself.
