All of Qel-Droma was gathered in the shuttle-bay to see the departure of their Quaestor who, being appointed the next Proconsul of Arcona, had prepared his ship for a journey to Arcona's main base. Before entering the shuttle, the ex-quaestor called Tissaya with him, and together they held a short speech:

Anshar, Being one of Qel-Droma's most active members, you are a real asset to the clan. Not only have we scored a lot of points thanks to your efforts during the feud, but you also showed some good activity in the past. I'm sure we'll see more of you in the future. Anshar has come back from a period of less-activity to help boost the morale and activity of the House. He is constantly trying to be involved in projects to rebuild and restart the fiction of the House, and was also an active part in what activity Tarentum had throughout Great Jedi War X. He participated in eight events total, and has recently stepped up to complete the House Summit with Archean being taken away from active status due to illness. Anshar provides a level of motivation and excellence in Tarentum that benefits everyone, including myself. For his participation in GJWX, we are happy to see him awarded an Anteian Cross. For his example and encouragement, and his guiding presence in the House, we offer him our sincere thanks.
