Azler, being an Echani+Human Hybrid, displays mostly Echani features from a distance, with only subtle differences proving noticeable when close; the typical silver eyes are actually more grey-blue and usual white hair is a shade darker, more silver, often messy in appearance and long enough to reach his shoulders. The most apparent from a distance is a tan-skinned body, though his broad shoulders and lithe, toned, frame are not quite as unusual. Beyond these traits, the greatest markers of Azler are three black lined triangle tattoos, one on each of his cheeks and his forehead, and a half-inch wide scar that runs along the left side of his neck, from just above his collar bone to just behind his earlobe.

The Shockboxing Gloves are powered-gloves designed to cover the fists, running up to the wearer's mid-forearm. Fueled by vibrocells, there is a conductive plating on the outside of the gloves that emits an electric discharge upon contact that provides a light shock or stun depending on the settings. Though specifically designed for use in the sport of 'Shockboxing', they can be used both offensively or defensively, with a higher degree of skill and ability by those with the shockboxing feat.

Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Azler Wilder creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Azler Wilder creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
Azler Wilder can be very protective, and when any of his friends are being bullied or threatened, he will step in to defend them. This can gets Azler Wilder in trouble when he refuses to back down during these exchanges, and sometimes has trouble discerning between friendly teasing and intentional insults. However, because of this fierce loyalty, his friends know that no matter what, Azler Wilder will be there for them.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Azler Wilder's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
People tend to reverently follow Azler Wilder’s lead and look up to him in difficult situations. Whether through inspirational behavior, fear and manipulation, or belief and hope for a better future, they think that Azler Wilder genuinely believes what he does. This is all a clever facade, however, as Azler Wilder is not always as upstanding and respectable as his followers believe. He is no idol, but an opportunist who knows how to manipulate a crowd into bettering his own machinations.
Without the gift of the Force, Azler Wilder has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Azler Wilder has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes him lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.
Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. Azler Wilder has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster his prowess in close-quarters combat, Azler Wilder is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.
