During the GJW, there was one person who managed to submit more then everyone else. For that, Manji deserves this medal. Congrats.

For helping Macron Goura through the ranks from Protector right the way to the fulfillment of his Trials as a newly appointed Dark Jedi Knight. Manji did not only do a good job but a fantastic job, so well, in fact, that Manji is now leading his own Battleteam.

For serving as Macron Goura's Master all the way through his Trials and in doing so not only helping him but furthering the future cause of the Clan.

The days of the ACC ‘rush’ are gone and the numbers have dwindled to a dull roar. In these times, when ‘numbers’ don’t seem as impressive, we are forced to try and relay the aspects of ACC positions in ways that will make individuals ‘worthy’ of awards. All of what we do is behind the scenes; judging, training, opening battles, working on ACC improvements etc. and don’t really lend themselves to much in the way of outward and obvious displays of accomplishment. Suffice it to say, Initiates are still trained, battles are still judged, qualifications are still on-going and facets of the ACC are always being improved – and that is the daily grind of the ACC. With that, the most obvious trait that is possessed by a staff member is ‘extended service’ as the Steel Cross describes. Due to influences beyond the ACC, some staff members aren’t ‘rockets’ of activity when it comes to the extracurricular. They are merely content with doing their job. I am utterly thankful for those who stay straight, press on and make themselves the ‘work-horses’ and ‘grunts’ of the ACC. They lend their time when they can, and do well with what they take on, but often – I know they’ll be there just to do the ‘daily’ work. I can count on them, and that is a great accomplishment. For his extended service to the ACC, I recommend KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu for the Steel Cross.

For consistant and flawless Envoy work. Since I became Clan Envoy, and a long time before, Manji has performed his job as House Envoy for House Marka Ragnos quickly and efficiently, every member is greeted as soon as they join and every report has been prompt and informative on both activity and events in his House and the Clan.

One of the things about working with someone on a task or a job whether in the DB or in real life is the confidence gained from knowing that the work will just be done, that things will happen when they are supposed to happen, and with Manji as Envoy of HMR I always know they will be. Therefore I believe that Manji deserves this medal and more for all his hard work.

DJK Malisane de Ath Clan Envoy of Clan Naga Sadow.

Before I get into Manji’s GJW activity I will fill you in a bit on his work as AED…Since I’ve become QUA and even before, Nekura has been consistent with reporting and answering emails in a timely manner. I was unsure when I became QUA if he would be able to effectively work as AED without getting on IRC but he has proved me wrong and has made me very happy thus far. He’s a light spirited person and is good for Marka Ragnos. My only wish is that I can continue to work with him. During the GJW he did what he could and for that I’m thankful, which is why I’m writing this recommendation. He has competed in 5 ACC battles for the War, completed 2 fictions, and an event for the gfx/poetry ladder. He has proven his loyalty to this Clan time and time again and now he’s proven to me that he is someone I can trust as my AED. Great job Manji! ~Quejo Rak’ul Drakai, QUA of HMR…
