Greetings, I am willing to recommend this Award to Esca, he has helped me with setting up a clan wide competition even when I never asked for help. He has shown great dedication and support from his side, always there to offere support critics and helpfull idea's. While he was doing so he even made me a GFX of a map that discribed a base in a fairly short notice without even a sweat. He has been a true and loyal friend who not only aided me in my need, but does so for every one who is within his reach of helping. Due to this I feel it is a small repayment for everything he has done for me to help me set it up and I can hardly say this is enough to repay him. But I hope this will be a vast motivation for Esca to keep what he does so well. Helping those who need it.

Arcia submitted a "Vox Pop" response for the Recruitment Team's May the 4th push on Facebook over the weekend. Their response was used and helped create a very successful campaign resulting in over 400 new likes!

Recently, we undertook a project to revamp the entire House Galeres Wiki Page. The previous page was outdated, did not provide clear or actionable information, and often mislead the members of the House more so than it provided them direction. We attempted to first edit the existing information, but soon found that the House, Clan, and Brotherhood had simply grown - and changed - too much for simple edits. The final project required a complete rebuild of the page. It required several individuals gathered via e-mail (over 50!) to share ideas and build an outline, it required several more days of writing & editing the new page (3 drafts!), before the labor intensive process of coding the Wiki Page with images, links, and proper formatting. We wanted to personally thank everyone involved in making this a superb, top-notch completed project with recognition of a Dark Cross.

Arcia has been one of the driving forces within Tython Squadron since joining. Specifically, Arcia has participated in 10 competitions, to include 7 BT specific and earned placement in the parent event Operation Enigma. Beyond this, Arcia has been very active gaming by playing 10 PVP matches and 12 PVE activities. These activities were high caliber, as Arcia racked up 5 Crescents, 2 Pendants of Blood, and a staggering 570 Clusters of Fire since joining the BT. Beyond that, Arcia has been heavily invested in our TG channel and has driven conversation and fictional development of the team. Congratulations and thank you for your service.
