Ah, Tiberius. He's our only Tetrarch at the moment, but he's doing an excellent job of it, sending in regular reports and working hard to keep his phyle active. He's recently run a string of competitions as well while participating in others. He's a great example of activity and deserves this Dark Cross.<p>-QUA Dark Sabre
