Xan is vital asset to Clan Scholae Palatinae. He has become a tremendous Rollmaster and Envoy, providing his new members with an excellent welcome letter and answering their questions on IRC. Beyond holding those duties Xan is an elite Gamer in the Brotherhood. He has compiled Crescents (Ruby, Quartz, Emerald), Clusters of Fire (countless.. but we'll round it off at an even 50) and has still found time to receive an invite from the GMRG, find an Apprentice and maintain an outstanding (much appreciated) IRC presence. As the Codex indicates, the Anteian Cross is awarded to a recipient who has shown a consistent and dedicated service to one’s Battle Team or House by displaying a greater than average amount of activity.

Xan had to retire as my Roll Master due to real life hindrances. During his time as Roll Master, and before his life became to chaotic, he consistantly kept things up to date with all the new recruits brought into the House. In addition he continued to update Dorimad Sol's spreadsheet and sent the Houses welcoming letters to the new recruits. I had also suggested that he be in charge of promoting ranks APP to Protector. As soon as a member was ready and completed all his requirement, Xan took it upon himself to put in the request.

As Quaestor of Dorimad Sol I would like to recommend Xan Phraz-Etar a Anteian Cross for all the great work he has done for the House and my personal appreciation for keeping the journeymen in check and updating the House tracking spreadsheet.
