Savant Uveras Ustrum
Created in an Arkanian lab, Uveras is an Arkanian-Sephi offshoot. His dominant traits are shared by the Arkanian people, however, he also possesses the long pointed ears of the Sephi. He has long white silky hair that falls to his shoulder-blades. The sides of his head are shaved bald and the hair that he does have is typically woven into a single braid that drapes over one of his shoulders. His face has a strong look and his sharp brow is adorned with thick white brows that furrow above his eyes which are completely white and devoid of color, irises, or pupils. He has a strong jaw and cleft chin and his face is always shaved and smooth. Genetically modified, his body is solid with rippling muscle making him bulkier than your typical Arkanian. His pale flesh is scarred from experimentation as he has a two inch vertical scar on his neck and various other surgically applied marks.

Sapphire Blade
The Sapphire Blade is a weapon fashioned in the style of a gladius short sword. It is versatile as a bladed melee weapon and falls between a long two-handed sword and a dagger. Forged with the blade a hypnotically deep azure color that is both durable, and capable of dissipating blaster bolts.
BioTech Implant
The BioTech Implant is a nanotechnology-based device that is implanted beneath the skin and can administer coagulants and doses of pain relievers when activated upon injury to the user to help them either seek further medical attention or continue in combat uninterrupted.
Polarized Goggles
The Polarized Goggles are protective wear for eyes. Worn tightly over the eyes to allow the wearer to see in situations where the environment would make it difficult to otherwise as well as prevent injury to the eyes. The lenses on these goggles are polarized to protect from the glare of the sun, making them more popular on desert worlds such as Tatooine or Jakku or ice planets such as Hoth or Ilum where there is little on the surface to block out the sun.

The Brotherhood-issued Royal Guard Datapad is a high performance small electronic device used to store and display information with an incredibly high level of encryption. In the case of assignment, it provides a direct line of communication to any Dark Councilor protected along with itinerary and mission details and necessary security clearances appropriate to the role. This includes access to high-security areas on Arx necessary to perform the duties. This access is remotely controlled by the Grand Master's Royal Guard on a needed basis.

Prototype: Jedi High Council Cloak
The Jedi High Council Cloak is a long flowing outer robe reaching all the way to the ground with a deep hood and wide sleeves worn traditionally by members of the former Jedi High Council.
Tattered Order
This outer robe has been reduced to tattered rags and strands of cloth that only resemble a cloak from the shoulders to the crown of the hood. It is brown in color with burns, tears, and holes.

The Jedi Armor is light and comfortable armor designed to allow as much freedom of movement as possible in utilizing the Force, but with an increase in the protection afforded by the armor, it was still more limiting than traditional Jedi Robes.
Mobility Augment
Droid-Skin has added aggressive traction and metal to the footwear on this Jedi Armor. This gives Uveras Ustrum better traction with the ground, but steps are much noisier and rougher with the ground they come in contact with.
Scrapper
This Armor has been pieced together out of the scraps littering the Sacred Heap, mostly rusted droid parts. The cuirass itself is sleeveless on the left side to maintain a free range of movement while duelling. The breastplates are made from panels taken from an Assassin droid while the single pauldron worn on the right shoulder is the top of a PIT droid's head. Metal plates cover the quadricep region of the upper leg and protocol droid knee joints are used for their intended purpose. The metallic bracers are also patchwork while the toes of his high boots are capped in durasteel.
Shock Resistance
Droid-Skin has been altered for increased resistance to electrical discharges at the expense of the mobility normally attributed to Jedi Armor.
Cubed Intensity Holocron
The Cubed Intensity Holocron is a vibrant, cube-shaped holocron containing vast depths of knowledge that can only be activated and used through the power of the Force. Data playback takes the form of any number of past Headmasters of the Shadow Academy.

The Ring of Visions is an ornate band bearing the seal of Great Jedi War XIV, awarded to all members who participated in the war.
Uveras Ustrum is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task he is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that he will always give 100%, pushing himself to his physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Uveras Ustrum’s overzealous ambition makes him insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while he either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.
Uveras Ustrum's life is filled with training and learning for all sorts of situations, from the mind-numbingly normal to the utterly bizarre. As such, Uveras Ustrum has developed into a rather resourceful individual. This has made Uveras Ustrum a mix of academic and scholar, always with something to offer to any discussion. However, knowledge and training does not always translate well to the tense environment of the battlefield, and no amount of textbooks can prepare one for reality...
Uveras Ustrum tells it like he sees it, when he thinks it; and he doesn't try to sugar coat what he says.
Uveras Ustrum is extremely cocksure and headstrong. Possessing a keen wit and exceptional level of intelligence, Uveras Ustrum will often use his superior intellect to humiliate lesser minds. Basically, he is kind of a jerk, and that can sometimes get Uveras Ustrum in a bit of trouble.
Uveras Ustrum is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Uveras Ustrum has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Uveras Ustrum then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Uveras Ustrum has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
