An incentive is being given for those Dark Summit members who submit a well-written Internal Report ahead of schedule. Consul Halcyon submitted Clan Arcona's report two and a half weeks ahead of the April 9, 2006 deadline. Nice work.

It takes a lot of initiative to step up and do another person's job. For almost a month now, Halc has done just that in making sure that the Clusters of Fire were awarded for the Gaming nights while our Gaming Tribune died out and we searched for another one. Stepping up to do a crap job like that is what makes Halc great -- I truly appreciate his work here and the DB does too.<br> <br> Jac

Halcyon Rokir was a major asset to House Dinaari when he served as Battleteam Leader of Dark Fire Brigade. In addition to writing reports for the team he ran competitions for Dinaari's newer members and assisted Tarax and I with various tasks within the House such as administration, guidance, and other menial tasks associated with helping newer members. Were it not for Halc jumping in to help us out Dark Fire Brigade would have been shut down long ago - this is just a small token of my appreciation for his assistance over the past several months. Congratulations!

I'm recommending this award due to the effort put forth under short notice to make the Prestige System a reality. Without the spreadsheet manipulation, number crunching, and experienced input, the system would not have been launched so soon.

Halc continues to serve as a great magistrate, being involved in discussions and processing of requests. More recently, however, he's spent some quality time going through the rosters of all the clans, looking for people that have gone unawarded (or unpromoted - or both) - for significiant stretches. While this may seem like a minor task, it is vital to ensure that all Brotherhood members are awarded timely, and having the Master at Arms office assist consuls and clans is another checkstop in making sure our members are recognized.

In addition, Halc has participated in 14 competitions (including five in the most recent Great Jedi War) in service to his former and I can only assume future clan Clan Taldryan.
