Over the course of the past month, Smoke has done everything asked of him and then some. In this month alone, he has had well over 100, if not 200 MP matches played. That is an astounding number no matter who someone is. On top of that, he has also submitted to the handful of competitions that I had released over the course of the month (including posting a number of high-quality posts in the House Run-On).

The above is just his "regular" activity. As House Envoy, he has done a marvelous job at not only sending out detailed e-mail to brand new members, but by also e-mailing all of the various members in the House who have been on the verge of being AWOLed. He has kept detailed records of activity levels and has ensured that nothing is overlooked at the very end of the month.

On top of all that, he also continues to do all of his Aedile duties, submitting detailed reports as well as having released a number of competitions himself for members to do. He can be found on IRC numerous hours everyday and continues to be an active force over e-mail discussions.

All in all, Smoke has more than shown that he is the most active member in the House, if not the Clan itself. Wonderful job!

Although he was hobbled by a broken computer mid-way through the GJW, Smoke still managed to participate in 15 separate events during the course of the competition and placing in 6 of those events. Some of those events were also activities he wasn’t as comfortable in, but he still pulled through for the Clan when he could. On top of that, he continued his Tribune work and his efforts were clearly seen these past few weeks.

Ma`ar did a great deal for the house and clan during the RoS. He participated in the first and third rounds of the fiction which helped us secure first place in that ladder. He earned the clan 14 points in the ACC which helped us gain our second place position in that ladder. He fought hard in the JO ladder earning 30 points and in the JA ladder earning 34 points and he did a ton for the clan. Smoke, I was happy when you decide to come to Tal and now I am even happier to be able to reward you with this Steel Cross.
