Over the past few weeks, Phoenix has consistently been active. He has passed a huge amount of Shadow Academy courses and is lavishly praised by his Quaestor, SW Quejo. Because of this high level of activity and his rise to the rank of Protector through the Shadow Academy, I think the least I can do is give him this award.
