Jedi Hunter Thran Occasus has been the outstanding role model of a Battle Team Leader in times of great despair. Despite the fact his team is running dry with members, he keeps up all his good work and does not complain. Instead, he launches a contra-attack and goes over to members to see if they are interested to become part of his team. His courage and persistency should be rewarded with this Dark Cross, because he is one of these people who keep House Exar Kun and with that Clan Plagueis alive! Thran, you deserve it.

Sith Knight Thran Occasus has done an incredible job since we gave him the reigns to his Battle Team and nearly total control. He has fashioned a new attitude for the team, giving them a militant feel (this includes a new name, BT History, Positions/Roles for all fiction they write together and has begun a new RO exploring our new planet of Aerun). CSP Reclamation: Personal Awards from the Summits: At the conclusion of the most recent Great Jedi War, the members of Clan Scholae Palatinae returned to the Cocytus System - dominion of the Clan - to find a Yuuzhan Vong horde had conquered their lands. Under the command of Phoenix and Lucien, these invaders were defeated and driven off of each of the four planets in a long, excruciating campaign known as Reclamation. The conflict lasted a month, but when the dust had settled the four planets had been recaptured by the feats of the Dark Jedi. Their campaign a success... the Consul bestowed upon them great honors for their individual efforts.

Thran participated in seven events during the campaign; especially focusing his efforts during the siege on the bastion world of Ptolomea. He provided an excellent source of motivation, and guidance, to the newly appointed House leadership - helping them rally and overcome House Dorimad Sol in the final week. In addition, he also collected five Clusters of Fire; an admirable feat for someone whom is, generally, not a gamer. In addition, his submissions laid the groundwork for framing the planet of Ptolomea. Great work, Thran.

In many ways Thran is a key part of the heart and soul of HSP. Since his return to the house there has been a very noticable difference in the energy and life of the house. He gives a life to the different aspects of the house in away no one else can. Within minutes of coming back to the DB, #scholae was suddenly alive with conversation, far more than it had while he was away. And that level of life there has continued in the weeks he has been back. But it isnt just his energy and passion that helps the house, he is a worker.

Since his return Thran has competed in several competitions, ranging from naming parts of the HSP fleet, to competitions run by members working on their trials for DJK. He is supportive and a hard worker to have everyone in HSP succeed in what they do. Thran is also responsible for coming up with the new HSP motto, one which has been widely accepted and enjoyed by all the members of the house.

Thran’s most powerful contribution however is his work as my friend and advisor. He knows how tiring leadership can be. Since he has come back he has continually supported me in my actions and always provided words of support and advice for what I was working on. He is full of input of what can be done for this house to do better. He wants nothing more than to have HSP succeed. He has the kind of energy in his work we need for this club to succeed. For his efforts in helping this house and for being there as a great support to myself Thran is more than deserving of this DC.
