Teebu developed himself as a strategist and tactician, molding himself into what it took to survive within the realm of command as a Flag Officer in the Galactic Empire despite its severe xenophobic nature. When it comes to his daily life outside of the empire even all these years later, those routines stick around. Be it when formulating plans or strategies and being with others on a naval vessel, or when not working just out and about in the city, because of his leadership style and training, he constantly expects success. If those around him fail repeatedly or waiver in their resolve with whatever task it is they are performing, as long as they ask for help, he will gladly give it and show them how it is done step-by-step. Otherwise, Teebu will quickly lose his patience and do it himself regardless of how they feel or react.

Operating under a strict doctrine of absolute loyalty, Teebu Nyrrire only allows those who have shown that they would give up their lives for the Taldryan Republic and obey both his and the Chancellor's every command to the letter into the command divisions of the Taldryan Republic Naval Fleet. This doctrine extends further in regards to every crew member stationed on the Leviathan and the Axios, the most important locations in the Republic next to the Taldryan Tower where he is the most selective in hand-picking every promotion and appointment. Those who feel that they are worthy to become officers, or to be assigned to either vessel, but are left instead in their current position, are often left questioning why they are not being promoted despite everything they give.

Failure outside of someone's control is one thing, and can easily be understood. Failure due to one's inadequacies or mistakes, however, is another entirely and those will quickly gain the attention of Teebu Nyrrire. Those under his command who fail due to either reason will often find themselves retrained, given one chance afterward to redeem themselves. Those who fail catastrophically due to incompetence or dereliction of duty, however, will often be reassigned or made examples of. Rumor even has it that he previously killed an Executive Officer for refusing his orders during a battle.

While not an issue with the Leviathan or Axios crews, newer crew members that serve on other ships within the fleet worry about their own careers which causes them not to speak up when they can't do something, resulting in them operating outside of their capabilities, or not at all, often with negative results.

Should escape ever be impossible and enemies have boarded Teebu Nyrrire's ship, the Leviathan, his commitment to duty will force him to stand with unwavering resolve; refusing to surrender to any enemy. His first act would be to secure the ship and try to get the hyperdrive back online, by any means necessary even if he had to involve himself in direct combat.

But if things escalated and the ship was going to fall into enemy hands, he would allow none to lay claim to the Taldryan Republic's flagship and its secrets, even if that means self-destructing it with himself on board if absolutely necessary.

Most would underestimate Teebu Nyrrire both for being an Ewok that traditionally shys away from direct combat, and for being a Naval Flag Officer whom has never been seen in actual direct combat. That if engaged head-on, he could easily be eliminated and his command would crumble. In fact, he wants people to think that. When the situation calls for it he will gladly step into the fray of direct combat himself. Having trained his body to the point where his combat armor no longer hinders him in the slightest, his extreme stamina, athletic ability, and his mastery of a blade are just as deadly if not deadlier than his tactical prowess.

However, when in combat he thinks of nothing else but fighting his opponents at the immediate moment, which can sometimes put him in risky situations where he could get overwhelmed or surrounded if additional enemies join in and he is without his own reinforcements.

Within the Taldryan Republic and the Brotherhood at large, Teebu Nyrrire is an extremely well-known and respected master tactician whose knowledge and expertise in naval warfare are almost unparalleled, often compared to many of the greatest military leaders. Because of his absolute control of space-related combat affairs, and space being his natural home and what he has known over his entire life, his Resolve is virtually unbreakable when involved in any combat while in space.

The same can not be said for ground-based combat affairs, however. Teebu has far more difficulty commanding an armed force due to his lack of ground-based combat experience and little knowledge in the combat divisions themselves, causing both his tactical ability and resolve to become substantially hindered while in command of any ground-based force.
