She is dedicated to serving her people with honor and integrity and will do whatever it takes to ensure their safety and prosperity, no matter the cost. This sense of duty and responsibility can sometimes lead to self-sacrifice or neglect of her own needs and well-being, requiring interjection by those directly below her. She may also become overly critical of herself or others when she feels that expectations are not being met, which can create a tense and stressful environment.

Cassandra is a compassionate and attentive listener who takes the time to understand the needs and concerns of all those who are part of the Republic. Patient and empathetic, she's always willing to offer advice or support to those who seek it. She places the highest priority on relationships with her closest allies and is fiercely loyal to them, going to great lengths to support and protect them, even if it means putting herself in danger. She even stepped onto the front lines with the vanguard forces during Great Jedi War XVI. She witnessed not just the resolve and trust that her forces place in her as their leader, but also the darker side her decisions can bring. Despite being named a War Hero and celebrated, after being at war for the first time and understanding her decisions aren't just a political game anymore, she feels unworthy of the title.

As a martial artist with a passion for teaching others, Cassandra has spent years mastering the Mandalorian Core of martial arts and is dedicated to passing on her knowledge to her students. Cassandra's teaching style is focused, brutal, and intense. She has high expectations for her students, providing them with the guidance and motivation they need to meet those expectations while maintaining brutal standards for their progress, teaching them as she was taught years ago.

However, Cassandra's brutal yet almost cruel standards for her students can sometimes lead her to be overly critical of those who fail to meet her expectations, becoming frustrated with students who don't try hard enough or who consistantly fall short, and she may dismiss them from training outright. This can create a demotivating and intimidating environment for some students, who may feel like they can never live up to her expectations.

With her loyalty to the Taldryan Republic unwavering, Cassandra will do whatever it takes to protect it from its enemies. She has a deep sense of pride in the Republic and its people, and will not tolerate any threat to its sovereignty or security, be it external or internal. However, her patriotism can sometimes blind her to the needs and perspectives of other nations, worlds, or individuals, and she may prioritize the interests of the Republic above all else, even if it means making sacrifices or compromises that harm those outside of it.

Channeling the power of the Vaapad form to absorb and neutralize the energy of her enemies' attacks, Cassandra turns their own power against them. She remains focused and centered even in the face of overwhelming odds, using her mastery of the lightsaber form to deflect and absorb enemy strikes with ease. This technique allows her to stay one step ahead of her opponents, conserving her own energy while wearing down their own energy and resolve.

However, this technique also requires Cassandra to be constantly on the move, anticipating her opponents' attacks and staying both agile and focused. If she can maintain that focus, it can be a powerful defensive technique to allow her to outlast even the most determined adversary. Should she lose that focus or if she loses control of her emotions, not only will her energy run down quicker, it will leave her vulnerable to her enemies attacks.

Cassandra is skilled in using psychological warfare to weaken and demoralize her opponents, preferring this method over direct combat. She has no issue abruptly revealing her force sensitivity while utilizing an Aura of Terror in an effort to undermine her enemies' confidence and will to fight through her attempts at debilitating fear, making them feel as if they want to flee to stay alive. However, her focus on using fear in this way is useless against opponents who have enough resolve to resist her tactics, oftentimes resulting in a direct fight she would rather have avoided if necessary.
