Corin 'Liwaen' Solander has been a devoted leader to the Sapphire Squadron. His encouragement to his team is continuous as he strives to improve activity. In the recent RoS he participated in the ACC event, having had 7 matches and winning 3 of them. He provided a great example to his team and his clan. Currently, he has sent out welcoming emails to his battle team, encouraging them to participate in the major clan wide competition that is currently running in CNS and has, himself, participated by posting to the runon at this time. In recent weeks, Varkain has proven himself an extremely valuable member of our House. Despite the Dark Crusade requiring much of his time to participate in, he has found time to pass SA courses, which are necessary to earn Dark Maven: Flight, Dark Maven: Writing and Dark Savant: Writing and Philosophy.

In addition to this, since the appointment to the Wiki project team, Varkain has been a rich source of good ideas on how to improve HSP Wiki articles. Thanks to his hard work in this area, we are seeing certain progress in this matter.

If we add Varkain's IRC presence and e-mail contact to the achievements mentioned above, it will make this Dark Cross a suitable token of our appreciation of Varkain's help and dedication.
