Q'win is a pretty cool guy. He's very active on IRC, and since his last promotion, he has passed fifteen (15) Shadow Academy courses. In order to encourage and congratulate him as he continues along the Dark Path, I wish to reward him his first merit medal, this Dark Cross.

In my time as his master, not only have I seen great determination but great skill from Q'win. He has submitted to five of the CSP Winter games and placed third in one of them.

He has also volunteered to help in the fictional development of Juddeca and has been doing some graphics on Ptolema's history. Frankly I think his enthusiasm for CSP and the DB as a whole is boundless.

Therefore I think Q'win deserves this token of our gratitude.

Q'win has been an immense help in the time he has become Rollmaster. He has welcomed new members into the House, sending them series of welcome letters that help to draw in a member, and give them basic knowledge of the Brotherhood's workings.

Q'win has also helped to determine if younger Journeymen (Apprentice-Acolyte) should receive a promotion. He has gone through the roster of these Journeymen and let either myself or Archangel, the Aedile, know to promote these members, and on what basis. He was accurate and truly a time saver to this effect.

Finally, Q'win answered many questions from new members about the Dark Brotherhood. He answered these to the best of his knowledge, and if he was unsure of the answer, or didn't feel his was correct enough, he would send the asker to someone more knowledgeable.

For helping the Caliburnus House Summit immensly, I happily award Q'win this Dark Cross.
