Vai Azexel has been a tremendously supportive member for House Cestus. Since being taken under Sato's wing when he was the RM, Vai has learned many things of the House; but it is what he has given back to the House that is worthy of such an honour. As Sato's apprentice, he commendably participated in many competitions that led him to the rank of Guardian. Yet, since becoming Guardian and the new Rollmaster of Cestus, Vai has been on the forefront of activities, leading new apprentices into the House. In his own unique way, Vai ushers in the new members with a hushed, RPG-ish surrounding that becomes the environment of DB fiction. It is this first communication that decides whether members stay, intrigued by the Brotherhood and its values, or leave thinking the DB is nothing but a stupid fan-site. And I can very well say that he is good at his work. Recently, he became the EP for the DB Basics Course, showing how good he is in his chosen job. In the recently concluded Gladius vs. Cestus competition (Shattered Tears), Vai participated commendably in the run on, as well as the trivia events, paving the way for many more members in his wake, as well as supporting the House Summit with his valuable and always-appreciated ideas. As an aid to the Summit, Vai has proven himself on more than one count.

Thus I recommend that he be awarded the Steel Cross in recognition of his duties as a servant of House Cestus and a mentor to its new members.
