With the departure of QUA Kaiann to be the SA's new Headmaster and elevation of former AED Dalthid to the position of PCON, we are in search for a new leadership for Aleema.

Opening it to the whole DB will allow us to chose the best candidates for the position from all interested DB members.

Requirements for QUA:

As boss of the Krath house it is clear that we are looking for someone who is active and has good reading/writing skills.
Writing as he will have to lead by example taking part in competitions. Reading so he can judge the competitions he runs!

The candidate must realize that being QUA is as much a position to serve and help his house members as it is a position of power. So he must be approachable, have a good character and be patient with his/her people.

The min rank for QUA is KP, but don't let that discourage you from applying if you are of a lower rank. If you feel you got what it takes to be QUA, if you feel you have the imagination, own imitative and leading skills that are necessary for the position then feel free to apply. after giving you a chance to prove yourself in the position you would be elevated to KP. So know getting QUA here is not a way for a quick promo... not if you are not willing to bring along the needed dedication for the position that is.

Requirements for AED:

Basically the same as above, only if you were of a lower rank and you would prove yourself here you would be elevated to DJK.
