With the recent elevation of Arso to the Position of QUA of House Kirleta we decided to open up the AED position to all interested members of the DB. (This of course includes current members of the house!!!)

The following is required of the possible candidates:
*Rank of GRD and above,
*Be able to reply to emails within 24 hours maximum,
*Be able to bring energy to an active house,
*Ideas/thoughts on how you would like to see the house 3 months from now
*Own JO, having JA is of course a plus (JK is optional, but again good to have)

Candidates who would make it through the initial "look through" should expect to be interviewed.
The one who seems to be most qualified and gets the position should understand that s/he is there on a trial basis and will not receive the promo to DJK (if s/he is below it) unless he has proven himself!
