Greetings folks. I know its been a while since I gave one of these, but I figured that the active Clans in the last couple weeks deserved some recognition for their effort!

While the last month or so has actually been largely dominated in participate by Clan Naga Sadow, last weekend (1/31/04) saw Clan Tarentum actually edge out CNS for the top Clan for participation! In addition, last week saw over 60 matches played for the first time in a couple months - A nice accomplishment! Congratulations to all the active members of those Clans which have continued to play, despite my lack of coverage for the ICTE.

Some people don't realize that i award crescents for the ICTE. This is largely due to the fact that I require people to play a certain number of opponents for players to be elligible to earn Crescents. The last few weeks I have been awarding Ruby and Ameythst Crescents to the first and second for individual leaders in participation; This trend will most likely continue unless I see any kind of abuse of the system, which I haven't seen in quite some time.

In any event, the ICTE is picking up steam again. We've also got something... additional... to be added to it in the coming weeks. Hopefully more on that will be forthcoming shortly, but its not entirely in my hands, so. :)
