Originally I was gonna put this in a report, but with it being an important topic for Tarentum I thought it might be best to post on its own. Besides with it being Superbowl Sunday - I'm not gonna hold everyone up. ;D

An opportunity has opened up in Tarentum for anyone that is interested. Scion & I are looking for another Battleteam Leader and we would like to open the opportunity to the DB as a whole. This is an extremely valuable opportunity, since Tarentum doesn't use the RM system we instead raise our BTLs on an equal level to our summit and with that comes added responsibility. Not only is this position responsible for the team they represent but the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the House as a whole by participating in summit projects, discussions, and planning - in essence, being a summit member as well as BTL.

I would think this would be a great opportunity for most. In the past BTLs as mostly been of interest to those in the journeymen class, however with the added responsibilities of this position as well as the MAA's recent changes to the Equite guidelines - I would think any Journeyman to Equite 2 may be interested in this position. Especially considering many feel leadership opportunities don't come up as often as they use to.

What Scion & I are looking for:

• Someone who is ambitious & who feels they have something to prove
• Frequent communication, on all means: IRC, mailing list, forums, reports, etc
• Regular participation
• Someone who can sell why we should hire them

That's really it. We are not asking for a rank requirement or any experience, though detail it to us if you have any. We do ask that you please inform your summit of your intention to apply; not only may they have an opportunity for you themselves, should you be our successful candidate you will be working with them again in some manner. Best not to burn bridges ;)
