Clan Summits please pay attention:

In order to facilitate easy reading and scoring of your RoS runons, please make sure you submit them in the following format:

• DOC or RTF only
  
• If possible, use Word's table function to put it in two columns, the left having a short version of the name of the member whose post it is and the right the post itself. Please keep the left as narrow as possible to fit the names, leaving room for as much text as possible.
  
• Format everything into Arial 10 points, single-spaced. (This by far the best font for reading long printouts quickly.) No TNR please!
  
• Provide a list of members' ranks, full names, PINs and post counts at the end of the document. Ideally sort this by post count (most active first).
  

James or Cybey will add the runon to the submission form soon. If you must for any reason resubmit, please make sure the same member submits all versions or mail Arania and myself which version is official; otherwise the wrong copy might get graded.
