It seems that there is still an issue with the triple elimination ladder report form, it is sometimes giving players a cryptic error message instead of a confirmation even though it actually reports the game (it just fails to send the confirmation mail).

If you get such an error, please copy the exact error message into a mail to Jac and myself and state what data you've been entering. You'll vastly help up troubleshooting.
