this is regarding copyrighted material, in the form of websites. it is NOT allowed to take the layout of one site, and apply it to your own. this will be followed by a CoJ action. there have been two cases of this in a short timespan, and a side-by-side code comparison showed them to be quite similiar in code as well as layout.

do NOT do this without the permission of the original creator. if you ask beforehand, chances are you'll get a 'go for it'. if the creator finds out afterwards, he or she will be angry, and you will be forced to take it offline and start from scratch again, plus you will recieve a Letter of Reprimand to go with it.
