To answer some questions concerning the 'opting out' and declined/unaccepted challenges for the ACC event of the RoS. Whether you're challenging people on a whim, or tactfully selecting opponents; it is always possible to run into a challenge where the opponent is not an active member, or is simply not participating and doesn't take the time to decline a challenge with an opting out comment. If a member doesn't accept "any" challenges for the RoS, that is a default type of 'opting out'; simply not replying to "any". Equally, if they decline "everything", that's the same thing. However, if they accept - even just 1 battle - ALL of their unaccepted/illegally declined challenges become potential points against them and their Clan, if reported. Simply - one is considered dodging and one is considered not playing. So, if you're going to take advantage of the unaccepted challenges, that's fine - Brujah and I will sift through and allocate what points are valid based on the status of the challenges/combatants.
