With some projects lined up and with the approval of the Iron Throne, I am opening up a position for Magistrate to the Herald. I'm looking for someone with an artistic eye and a graphic designer's ability. This means, I'm looking for someone who wants images to look awesome yet work quickly. These are my requirements.

-Own a copy of Photoshop CS2

-A couple of examples of work

-Some degree of leadership experience

-24 to 48 hour turn around response time on mail

-Some form of IRC presence
