Here's the requirements:

-Equite level one or higher

-Must have at least QUA leadership experience or better (Past or present)

-24 hour email turn around time, 48 hour max turn around time

-Ability to handle irate or disruptive members in an appropriate (PC) fashion

Along with whatever recommendations you get from various people I would like you to answer these questions.

-Why do you think you would be the best selection for Praetor and possibly future MAA?

Those that I chose from the pool of applicants will then go through a test that I will compose myself with various questions on medals, promotions, and just about anything and everything that the MAA has to deal with on a daily basis.

Don't apply if you're thinking that you will be made MAA within a few weeks of getting the Praetor spot, as I intend to train/mentor the selected Praetor for a few months before even considering allowing him/her to step up and take over.
