The Independence Games are a tradition unto the Brotherhood that comes about to celebrate not only our Exodus from the Emperor's Hammer, but the independence and success we have maintained since that time. And while the games will pit rival Clans against one another, I ask all to remember that we reside under the banner of the Dark Brotherhood and willingly serve the Iron Throne, Grand Master Sarin.

So let us come together in neutrality for some honest, fun competition. The events compiled cover a wide scope of interests. And while it may not be perfect, it should not discourage you from participating or enjoying the month long celebration. The lifeblood of our club is action, or participation, so let us not disappoint those whom watch from the shadows. Let us demonstrate how powerful and driven we are as both individuals and as a club.

There are many thanks that go to The Seven for their foresight and ability to secure our legacy. For all the leaders whom have ever served in an effort to lead our club to a better future. To my team, whom this never would have been completed without, of Prajna, Thran, Lucien and Phoenix. And last, but not least, to DJM Natth a'Niel Palpatine for establishing the Independence Games and giving us such a brilliant launching pad.
