I would like to thank both KAP Cipher Isradia and OP Ky Terrak di Plagia on their recent tenures as Quaestor and Proconsul, respectively. They both provided great insight and treated their fellow members with respect. They will be sadly missed.

KP Rilkel will be assuming the mantle of HEK QUA at Cipher's request. Be sure to congratulate him on his new appointment! As for the position of Clan Proconsul, I will be opening it to applications. I want to be sure that the clan is given the best opportunity for growth and advancement. Do not apply if you are not serious about learning the necessary skills to, one day, be a member of the Dark Council and lead a clan.
