Members of the Dark Brotherhood,

With my recent elevation to the position of Quaestor of House Galeres,

the job of Aedile within the house is now open to applications.

Before you apply for this position, you should know that an AED in

Clan Arcona is very different from an AED in the other clans of the

Brotherhood.

With the implimentation of Project: Reb00t, Aediles in Arcona are now

very much equals to their Quaestors, both in responsibility and

authority. Typically, the Aedile will have one Battleteam Leader

reporting directly to them, with a possibility of more battleteams as

the house grows. The Aedile is responsible for the oversight and

management of the team leader, concentrating on growing that person

more as a leader in the Brotherhood.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the battleteam leaders under your supervision

· Regular reports to the Clan Summit

· Public report every two (2) weeks

· Run at least one House-level competition each month

· Maintain your own activity on top of other leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

· Rank of DJK or above

· Email turn around of 24 hours or less

· Able to work well with all members within the clan summit

· Able to manage and develop leaders under your supervision

· High visibility to all members in the house

Also, due to this leadership restructuring, the position of Battleteam

Leader of Sukhur’s Legion is now open for applications. Just as the

position of Aedile has been reengineered with the release of

Project:Reb00t, the role of Battleteam Leaders in Clan Arcona look

very different than your average battleteam in the Brotherhood.

A Battleteam Leader in Arcona acts very much like a Quaestor in the

rest of the Brotherhood, working very closely with the members in his

team, and responsible for all aspects of those members’ development.

We hold our BTLs to a very high standard, and in many cases their

workload is much more rigorous than the House Summit at times, but the

rewards and benefits of the job are well worth the effort.

Job Responsibilities:

· Weekly reports

· Individual contact, either through email or IRC, with every

member of your team

· At least one Battleteam-level competition every two weeks

· Grooming of your battleteam members for the future

· Maintain your own activity on top of any leadership responsibilities

· Able to work well with all members of the clan summit

· Able to manage and develop all members in your team

· High visibility to all members of your team
