Hello once again Ladies and Gentlemen of the Nighthawk Battle Team. I am sure as the New Year has begun you have reflected on the year passed, I know I have. Last year I had some big ups and downs myself, but we must look forward to our future. It’s with a tear I say goodbye to 2017 and with some joy bring in the New Year, 2018.
With this in mind, I was thinking that we as a team should get together once a month and have a discussion on Telegram, to brainstorm on what we should be doing. If, for example, you’d wanted to do more gaming, writing, etc.. Together, as a team, we’ll do this. And don’t forget about those beautiful Shinies!
I want to start an open and clear community as soon as possible. Communication is on a good track already and I’d like it to continue as such.
With that said, on with the report!
Our Battle Team Event with Tython Squad from Odan-Urr will begin on the 31st of January and will be ongoing till February 8th. I would like to urge you all to participate if you can! These will be a series of easy competitions for you guys to enter so go get a part if the action!
As stated in Q’s Report, House AED is up for grabs so please go and apply. (There’s also a lot of other stuff in there for you to read.)

Donny/Uij Asks: How does Constantine view the Nighthawk and its crew? What is his relationship with them?
Constantine believes that the Nighthawk and its crew are very important and treats everyone with the respect they deserve. Constantine knows that without the crew, there will be no Nighthawk. Constantine’s relationship with the crew is simple: if there is a major situation going on, he will ask all the crew for their opinion. Taking crew input on board, he will act on that, within reason. Constantine believes in clear, simple leadership and that’s what the guys get.
Donny/Uij Also Asks: Are you intending to run an RO event for the battleteam at some point? If so any idea of the story or design?
On this; l am currently exploring the idea of an RO with Q, and hope to get it started this summer, where members have more time to do things and are more relaxed. On the story or design; I was thinking of the possibility of a secret mission or raid that the Summit has sent us on, or the everyday life of the Nighthawk and its crew. I was thinking of having an open discussion via the telegram channel and google group, in order to gauge input on these possible plots, so be sure to keep your eyes out for that!
Last and by no means least I have an important announcement! l had a meaningful discussion with both Nighthawk and Q on the Telegram channels some time ago about the possibility of giving out an unofficial award to members who have shown good activity and have given services to the battle team. What we came up with is the Nighthawk Award! This is a way of me to reward those members who have had a positive impact on the battleteam over the course of the month. l would like to take this time to present the first Nighthawk Award!
January’s Nighthawk Award goes to BattleLord Rulvak Qurroc for his fantastic efforts in activity, his services to the Nighthawk battleteam, for gaming activity, and for his input on TG on projects that were put forward. CONGRATS!
