When Loc Delnor does things, he makes sure everything is done correctly, no matter how long it takes. This means there are frequent delays in Loc Delnor's work, but it's usually done right, at least.

Despite whatever all his other characteristics may convey, Loc Delnor retains the air of a person that is confident, if not arrogant. Minor (and often, major) things in his body language - his walk, his stance, his expressions - reveal these feelings. At times, it seems he borders upon narcissism, especially judging from how much he enjoys his own company.

Loc Delnor is a lateral thinker, and when he encounters problems or dilemmas, he is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Loc Delnor to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Loc Delnor can typically explain and lead others through his plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust him outside thinking.

The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Loc Delnor thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.

When Loc Delnor gets in trouble, he finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that he tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for his compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made him the most popular among his peers, but hey, at least Loc Delnor isn't dead yet.

Loc Delnor will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, he will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then Loc Delnor will not bother confronting them.
