Height: 1.83 m / 6'0" - Weight: 81.65 kg / 180 lbs
Age: 30 years - Left Handed
Physical Description

Technocratic Elites are more machine than organic being. At their core, however, lies a Miraluka that has undergone heavy cybernetic modifications while leaving their unique cranial structure intact. Atop the crown of their head is mechanical crown that stops short of the ridge of their hairless, boney brow. A thin piece of metal bisects their nose at the center as it stretches from ear to ear. They forgo wearing any kind of eye wrap, exposing their framed, socket-less "eyes" that blend in with the rest of their face. Below their organic nose, lips, and chin, however, their neck is composed of sinuous metallic cords of synthetic muscles and wiring.

The rest of their humanoid body gives the impression of muscle and sinew similar to that of an athletic humanoid with a powerful build. But with no synth-flesh applied to these artificial bodies, they instead rely on their armor being soldered onto their very frame and lack conventional organs. They do not bleed, present as non-binary, lack any reproductive features to distinguish them from one or the other, and speak with similar sounding monotonous tones produced by what little organic core remains intact.

Tranquil Hunters (General Aspect)

Technocratic Elites have had most of their emotions stripped away thanks to their heavy cybernetic modifications. This can lead them to be referred to by other Collective soldiers as "Tranquil", operating purely out of logic and ruthless cunning rather than a zealous or righteous vigor. They "want" for little other than to hunt. They have no reservations about collateral damage and will seamlessly sacrifice members of their own teams if it means completing their pursuit. They show no remorse for their actions unless they do not lead to success. This of course makes them a quagmire among the more devout followers of the Collective, but even the remnants of the Liberation Front seem to grudgingly acknowledge their efficiency and usefulness in achieving the Collective's goals.

Pragmatic Pursuit (General Aspect)

Technocratic Elites do believe in the Collective and are loyal to the faction to a fault. They separate themselves, however, by not buying fully into the zealous commitment to combatting Force Users, and have studied and trained to target and account for non-Force users as well, and remain more flexible and open minded when preparing for missions against the Brotherhood.

Universal Soldier (Personality Aspect)

Technocrat Elite has a military background, and draws upon their experience to tackle the obstacles in their life. This makes them decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides them with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence their ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Technocrat Elite sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

The Duality of Machines (Personality Aspect)

The very of existence of the Technocratic Elites stand as a walking contradiction to the Collective's original vision of removing Force users from the face of the galaxy. While the fact that Technocratic Elites are created from Miraluka and are able to harness the Force as a weapon, they have more or less been accepted as "necessary evil" for getting revenge on the Brotherhood and its allies. Elites are respected among the Collective ranks, but some of the more devout and zealous members of the faction regard them with a mixture of contempt and sometimes even fear. Their reputation precedes them whenever they are added to a mission or operation, augmented by their dispassionate approach to daily life and their dedication to hunting down enemies of the Collective.

Cybernetic Proficiency (Combat Aspect)

As a distinct counterpoint to the Collective's generally zealous approach to warfare, Technocratic Elites do not approach combat with reckless abandon. They are a Hunter, through and through, and will utilize their proficiency with a wide range of weapons and tools in conjunction with their understanding of tactics and knowledge of their foes. They will be patient when needed, aggressive when called for, and will jump to exploit an opening or vulnerability they have likely had a hand in crafting thanks to their surprising guile. Combined with their overall toughness and lack of organic limitations, Technocratic Hunters can pursue their adversaries without tiring, but have a habit of falling into the fallacy of hyper-focusing on their objective and losing sight of the larger objectives.

Enigmatic Vision (Combat Aspect)

Thanks to being created from the body of a living Miraluka, Technocratic Soldiers see the world the same way that the uniquely Force-sensitive species does. This makes them quite the enigma among the Collective ranks, but allows them to better track and confront members of the Brotherhood and their allies. They suffer the same strengths and weakness' as a Miraluka, but also have gained the unique ability to perceive danger through the Force, communicate telepathically with other Elites, and even slightly augment their abilities with the Force.
