Of a smaller stature and lean build, Toro is compact but lethal. A Devaronian, he has a bald head with two black horns that have been sliced down to stumps protruding just a couple of inches. His pink skin, pointed nose and ears, yellow irises and pointed black goatee surrounding his perfect smile gives him a devilish appearance.
Toro Seevul is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task he is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that he will always give 100%, pushing himself to his physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Toro Seevul’s overzealous ambition makes him insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while he either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.
Toro Seevul is a master of the 'tricks of the trade' - the cheating and stealing trade, that is. With a certain propensity and natural talent for stealth and thievery, Toro Seevul is a professional when it comes to crimes, from minor to major. Sometimes it is as simple as a few more favorable cards in a hand to a set of sticky fingers to something as big as a heist. Either way, Toro Seevul knows his way around a job. However, everyone is bound to get caught eventually, and reputations have a way of finding a way to bite you in the rear. . . not to mention those looking to extract a little vengeance.
Toro Seevul is often confused and heavily saddened by the amount of idiocy that constantly surrounds him. It is often much easier for Toro Seevul to cope with people by ensuring he stays inebriated and dulling his senses. When unable to find alcohol for an extended period of time, Toro Seevul will devolve into a ravenous, hate-filled monster that is nigh impossible to be around. In other words, Toro Seevul is an addict.
Toro Seevul would much rather be behind a hand of good sabacc cards or a rare vintage of aged liquor than with his blasters or ship. More often than not, he will spend nights at high-end establishments gambling, drinking and "socializing". Toro Seevul can survive without the finer things, but he sure would rather not. This preference follows him onto the job, so it is not uncommon for Toro Seevul to insult a client or potential partner by commenting on their choice of beverage or recreation.
When Toro Seevul gets in trouble, he finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that he tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for his compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made him the most popular among his peers, but hey, at least Toro Seevul isn't dead yet.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Toro Seevul? Toro Seevul doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Toro Seevul, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Toro Seevul isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Toro Seevul won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Toro Seevul will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
