Rado has been through the wringers when it comes to medicine. He graduated top of his class from the most esteemed medical program in the Galaxy, and began travelling the Galaxy to conduct medical research. His colleagues hold him in high regards, and he often finds himself advising many of the Galaxy’s finest surgeons on the latest techniques.

Rado "Radio" Theon's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. He has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of his own. This allows Rado "Radio" Theon to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to him solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Rado "Radio" Theon's alternative practices. He typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything he can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.

Rado "Radio" Theon would much rather be behind a hand of good sabacc cards or a rare vintage of aged liquor than with his blasters or ship. More often than not, he will spend nights at high-end establishments gambling, drinking and "socializing". Rado "Radio" Theon can survive without the finer things, but he sure would rather not. This preference follows him onto the job, so it is not uncommon for Rado "Radio" Theon to insult a client or potential partner by commenting on their choice of beverage or recreation.

Rado "Radio" Theon doesn't like conflict; so he tries to avoid it whenever possible, both in terms of combat, and interpersonal relations.

Despite his hesitation to enter the battlefield, Rado will take extraordinary measures to make sure his allies are well taken care of. When he is called for assistance, Rado will jump to action and do whatever it takes to save a life. Sometimes, this means he is oblivious to his surroundings, which often times puts him in more danger than he would like to be in.

Rado can count on one hand the number of times he has fired a blaster. He feels extremely uncomfortable in holding any type of weapon, in fear that he would do irreparable harm to himself. He will try to beg and plead his way into a nice laboratory, far from the front lines. In the event that he is called upon to make a battlefield appearance, Rado needs to medicate himself in order to stop the jitters from preventing him from performing his job.
