Tunis Di'Bal has always been a man of science, from his early days as a young man he has been fascinated by the world of fact, rather than fiction. As such, he see's stories of make believe and fantasy as a waste of time and energy where others could instead be working on the Universe's advancements. Progression is his mission, and he despises any who get in the way of it.

Tunis Di'Bal is infamous throughout Collective territory for both his years of service as a Field Medic, and his understanding of Force User's and their anatomies. He is so well known, that stories are read to children of his heroic deeds and accomplishments, and he is set up as a role model of the Collective. His capture at the hands of the Principate, and the Collective's failure to rescue him has soured him to their abilities, and now he strikes his own path. Such notoriety, however, does have the tendency to lead one to become a target.

Using his skills in ​Diplomacy​ and ​Manipulation, T​unisDi'Balis about as charming as they come. Suave, sophisticated, and articulate, the Zygerrian has made a habit of making friends with those within his circle of influence and has built a reputation as a 'the guy to be around.' at social events. Yet, for all this, sometimes he just wishes to be left alone to his studies, feeling his introverted side come out, he can sometimes come across as accidentally snobbish and demeaning when this occurs.

Unlike most who worked for the Collective, Tunis Di'Bal does not actively hate Force Users. Instead, he sees them as a scientific curiosity, an anomaly, if you will, and has become obsessed with dissecting the secrets of their power. He doesn't view them as living beings, but rather intricate test subjects to learn from. He aims to engineer Force Users by taking apart midichlorians atom by atom until there's nothing more to learn. Though this obsessive nature often leads to frustrations that he often takes out on those around him.

Tunis Di'Bal is not much of a combatant and instead prefers to use his skills in ​Manipulation, Intimidation, and Diplomacy​ to talk his way out actively using his fists or weapon. Forcing his opponent to believe he is right before making a retreat or striking with a cheap shot. However, against opponents with higher ​Resolve, h​is words can often get him into more trouble than get him out of it.

Despite not being Force sensitive himself, Tunis Di'Bal has spent extensive time studying Force User's. Thus, if they aren't already beaten or on death's door, he believes the best course of action is not to engage them at all, bit form a tactical retreat. Using his skill in ​Perception and​Intellect, ​Tunis Di'Bal will figure out the best plan of escape, how to do it, then study his opponent before making a break for it. However, as clever as this is, escaping Force User's is easier said than done. On top of this, it makes him appear cowardly to his comrades.
