Major Jonas Pearce
Jonas Pearce is your typical aged Human in appearance. Of average height with a stocky build, his body remains toned with the hardened musculature of a soldier. Icy blue eyes with specks of yellow are set beneath a bushy brow but are hidden behind shoulder length brown hair with streaks of grey that messily falls to his shoulders. A full beard gives him a rugged look as it buries his squared features, parts of it have been stained by his indulgence of fine hand-rolled cigars. His skin is scarred, with a pasty tone that is typical of the Metellos people; decorated with scattered tattoos of Force glyphs and Jedi symbolism which has been etched in light blue ink.

The Sonn-Blas FWMB-10 Repeating Blaster is a powerful repeating blaster that provides a rapid sustained rate of fire. The large weapon features an integrated stand that folds out, with steadying grips and trigger levers to maintain control of the weapon under recoil. The weapon earned the nickname megablaster by the First Order heavy assault troopers who used it as their standard issue weapon.
Cooling Vents
Sonn-Blas FWMB-10 Repeating Blaster has been equipped with vents on the sides that allow the weapon to more quickly cool while the trigger is depressed. While this allows for a much faster rate of fire, but clips will deplete much faster.
Blackout
Sonn-Blas FWMB-10 Repeating Blaster has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this Sonn-Blas FWMB-10 Repeating Blaster to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.

The Riot Shield is a personal shield constructed of a metal frame and an energy shield that is opaque to anyone looking at it, but which the wielder can see through. Striking with the shield results in a discharge of equivalent energy to a stun baton. In typical use, it will survive several blaster bolts or a single strike from a lightsaber.

The Personal Energy Shield Generator is a belt worn energy shield projected around its wearer that provides limited protection against energy weapons while providing no protection from kinetic or thermal energy. In typical use, it will short out after several blaster bolts or a single strike from a lightsaber.
Syndicate Datapad
The Shroud Syndicate Datapad is a high performance small electronic device used to store and display information with an incredibly high level of encryption. It provides access to job boards that include bounties and various other opportunities that, if accessed, will be properly assigned with relevant information being downloaded to the device. It also includes access to a network of black market fences and safe houses to aid members operating as members of the Shroud Syndicate tailored to their specific role and rank. Activating the device requires biometric scanning of the operator making it impossible to use unless in the hands of its living owner, quickly rendering itself useless after unauthorized access attempts are made.

The Thermal Detonator is an extremely lethal palm-sized spherical grenade which can atomize any material within its fixed blast radius. Once activated, it can only be turned off by whoever turned it on.

Vatali Guard Armor is equipped with an information retrieval device that provides real-time feedback on the specifics of objects scanned by the Jonas Pearce. Data gathered this way is superficial, granting information similar to that found on the HoloNet.
Jonas, a non Force-sensitive, was taught the philosophies of the cosmic and living Force in Coruscants underworld. Difficult to grasp the concepts at first, he eventually accepted the teachings and became a Force worshipper and member of the Church. After the decimation of the Jedi Order it was difficult to stand firm in their teachings as he was often seen as an insane rambler or threatening nuisance. Friendships and relationships he had as a politician became strained to the point of severance but he was awakened with hope upon finding the Order was reborn in Kiast.
Jonas Pearce has both been there and done that. he thinks he has seen every imaginable scenario of war and battle and survived it all, and that nothing can phase him. The daily grind has almost become too intolerable for Jonas Pearce and they are prone to lash out at anyone who attempts to coerce them into another adventure.
The Jedi are selfless, caring only about others. Jonas Pearce is compassionate, brave and always strives to represent the common good. He tries to help everyone he can, even at his own expense, and is a fine role model for others to follow.
Jonas Pearce is devoutly loyal to his House or Clan and will follow orders unquestionably. He would sacrifice his own life to protect his House or Clan from harm. This attitude, however, often clouds his ability to see things from an arbitrary or objective point of view and he can come off as extremely narrow-minded.
Jonas Pearce has sharpened his combat prowess through military training offered by Odan-Urr forces. He has evolved from a pacifistic politician to a threatening combatant of which he is a natural, despite his upbringing. Preferring ranged combat and heavy weaponry, Jonas Pearce has incorporated a riot shield into his arsenal, using it as cover, a stationary barricade to fire from, bashing through the enemy, or simply slinging it onto his back for added protections from behind. With versatile applications, he is quite the spectacle. Unfortunately this method keeps his hands busy, making it increasingly difficult to concentrate on anything else without sacrificing gear.
Born with an intractable will and limitless courage, Jonas Pearce will stand in the face of insurmountable odds and never retreat. Despite the fact that such acts of heedless bravery are inspiring and will sometimes result in victories worthy of song, just as often they result in his allies getting wounded or killed.
