A roguishly handsome man, Booster has the look of a dashing maverick. His hair is blonde and a bit messy on top but kept slightly shorter on the sides. His brow is dense and filled with personality and his eyes are as blue as the skies of his homeworld. His streamlined features are kept smooth and shaved clean and his infectious smile is made up of perfectly straight, pearly teeth. A bit thin, this Corellian's body is lean and forcthe most part unblemished. His skin is pale from the absence of natural sunlight on board starships, but is marked by some important tattoos. On the right side of his neck he has the symbol for credits, on his right knuckles he has the word 'Free' and on his left knuckles he has the word 'Bird' written in aurebesh.
The Hutt empire. It started with them supporting him but ended with them betting against him. Booster would have been better off had he never gotten involved. The shady dealings and betting, unbeknownst to him, somewhere along the line, ended with the Cartel putting a price on his head so large that he has had to take odd-jobs as a Smuggler or Scavenger in order to even attempt paying back his enormous debt which swells with incurred interest. Living on the run, this enormous debt causes him to live life with his head on a swivel. Bounty Hunters, Assassins, Debt Collectors, your average Joe looking to make a quick note. He truly never knows who, or what will be thrown his way. It has become a source of great anxiety, forcing him out of his comfort zone as he tries to adapt for survival.
The streets of Coronet are a harsh place for anyone to grow up and Ardellian is no exception to that reality. While acquiring fame as a gifted Jetpack racer and pilot did make things a bit easier, the fame quickly went to his head. The Corellian who was never short on confidence has become a cocky jockey, obsessed with maintaining his level of stardom in the racing circuits and making mountains of credits. Because of this impulse, he will often accept perilous races or challenges in life that he would have been better off declining.
Spending most of his young life as a test pilot, Booster has been called a daring individual, one that will look fear in the eye and deliver a charming smile. Not known for backing down, he is full bore and will embrace danger rather than run from it. Yet, this makes him reckless and can lead to poor decision making that endangers not only his life but the lives of others. Still, his never say die attitude and seemingly fearless demeanor are typically welcomed by those needing a boon in morale.
Booster Ardellian doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement he makes—be it combative, manipulative or otherwise—is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places Booster Ardellian two steps ahead of his peers. However, when plans go awry, Booster Ardellian often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Booster Ardellian? Booster Ardellian doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Booster Ardellian, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Booster Ardellian isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Booster Ardellian won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Booster Ardellian will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
Rather than engage opponents head on, Booster prefers to think ahead and lure his enemies into less than ideal circumstances. Hacking terminals to zap-out, laying traps, creating unsafe situations. His tactics are only limited by his creativity, oh and the trust of those he is attempting to bait. If his taunts or subtlety fall flat and are weathered, or a trap fails, he is left with a useless bag of tricks and will suffer in a conventional confrontation.
