The Loyalist J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la cuts a rather imposing figure, being both above-average in height with a well-defined physique, as he possesses very little body fat to speak of. Despite his advanced years, the Commando remains in excellent shape and this is reflected in both the luster of his dark brown hair, which is neatly parted at the side and only two inches overall in length; he also has his facial hair carefully groomed in a Van Dyke style beard. J'akked possesses sharp hazel (cinnamon) eyes, set within an angular jawline and sun-kissed skin.
Identifying (Notable) Marks
The first and largest of these — should J'akked be free of his shirt — is a massive tattoo that takes up the entirety of his back to honor his father; beneath a scorched and slashed, but barely visible set of five numbers, was the name 'Eilif' (Survivor) and a Clone Arc Trooper Commando bearing a rifle. Due to being just beyond middle age by a few short years, the Loyalist bears many scars from numerous battles, though there are two that stand out: a small circular scar from an old blaster wound under his left collarbone and a crescent-shaped scar on his left cheek from a broken bottle in a barfight.
J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. He has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of his own. This allows J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to him solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la's alternative practices. He typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything he can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.
Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la considers his work to be the most important aspect of his life. This borderline obsessions with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la to relax and enjoy spending time with others. he excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.
J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la has been patching up the wounded for years as a Medic and has come to the conclusion that more often than not, the injuries are either self inflicted or deserved. While he will always work tirelessly on behalf of his patient in an ongoing quest to preserve all life, that doesn’t stop him from scolding or belittling patients that he feels should know better than to walk into a rancor pit with a bucket of raw meat. J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la teeters on the line between compassion and supporting selective evolution, which can make him come off as less friendly or inviting than other medics.
Without the gift of the Force, J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes him lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.
J'akked Eilifsson Werd'la is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
