Ruby Scepter Breakdown

The Ruby Scepter is beautiful ornate award given to the greatest mentors of the Brotherhood. It is crafted of precious materials and etched with ancient texts unique to each version crafted. Either end of the scepter is a firelight ruby from Antei, It is both weighty and solidly built, making it useful as a bludgeon without precedent, but hardly considered a weapon.
