Everything about Ossk is near overpowering and larger than life. Standing at a massive 7’7” the first thing that anyone notices when Ossk steps into a room is his sheer size and primal physicality. Despite his Zabrak heritage, Ossk's build deviates from usual Humanoid proportions, with a far bulkier and stockier build than his origins would suggest - powerful arms and bulging muscles cord his oversized frame, thick veins can be seen threading throughout his body, bunching around his thick neck. Underneath his ever present armor, pasty white skin - the consequences of always covering up his body in steel, a bald head with piercing coal black eyes, an aquiline nose, strong jaw and patrician features lend him some semblance of humanity.
In defiance of his core Zabrak DNA, Ossk only has vestigial horns that grow around his crown and are filed flat so as to not cause any discomfort when wearing a helmet. In addition, as he was never raised as a Zabrak, Ossk also lacks the facial tattoos that are traditional amongst the race.
Having been born inside a star-ship as opposed to planet-side, Ossk has never had a particular world to call his home. He grew up in an environment that requires being of use in order to survive, and without the borders that breed patriotism. The allegiances of the galaxy mean little to him, only the strength of individual merit. He is most at peace when in space, and will take on any contract or mission that enables him to remain firmly seated in a cockpit.
This utter lack of affiliation often results in what can be construed as insubordination and disloyalty, putting him at odds with those that value such things.
Ossk does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know Ossk will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows Ossk around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.
Ossk has a military background, and draws upon his experience to tackle the obstacles in his life. This makes him decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides him with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence his ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Ossk sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.
Ossk is a lateral thinker, and when he encounters problems or dilemmas, he is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Ossk to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Ossk can typically explain and lead others through his plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust him outside thinking.
Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Ossk takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario he might expect to encounter. Ossk tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and he often finds himself at a loss in situations that go beyond what he could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, his perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
Ossk is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
