While Kathka has a solid grip on modern technology, she prefers a more primal approach when given the option. She isn't necessarily an all-natural purist, and even finds favor in non-electric tools or other gadgets with capabilities beyond her own. Anything made to substitute her natural abilities, however, tends to get tossed aside without a second thought. This preference sometimes leans into stubbornness, which may cost her time, energy, and opportunities that advanced technology could have saved.

Kathka's expanded pack includes a plethora of beasts in addition to fellow sapient beings. She rarely moves about without at least one of her animal companions, and they have been integrated into most aspects of her life, partaking in her daily tasks and living alongside her. Life can get a bit crowded at times, but she's happy to live this way.

Kathka's dark sense of entertainment generally allows her to manage her negative emotions and maintain a pragmatic and upbeat perception of the world around her, even at its worst. Though her personal demeanor is typically quite calm, she always finds a way to make her life a little more awesome and ridiculous, at least through her own unique lens. In the wrong crowd, however, it can be extremely easy for her to come across as detached, crude, and visibly off-putting.

Kathka is known to make a lot of strange noises in imitation of her animal companions. She learns as much through training and living with them as they do from her, and she has adopted several unusual lifestyle choices to keep up with so many creatures more easily. These antics may earn her a lot of weird looks, but the approval of her beasts is worth far more than that.

When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Kathka Torgrim? Kathka Torgrim doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Kathka Torgrim, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Kathka Torgrim isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Kathka Torgrim won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Kathka Torgrim will still be winning, the best and most dirty way she knows how.

Kathka works best in a group, especially in hunting alongside her animal companions. With her skills, she can track numerous events in her surroundings, and has a knack for synchronizing her actions with her allies, even in a fight. Her combat methods often situate her at range, planning traps and training her weapons on foes while her beasts work to lure, distract, or incapacitate them. Though, given her reliance on a group, Kathka's lackluster defense can be easily exploited and overwhelmed if she is caught alone.
