Doon Sulvir stands at seven feet seven inches, with Dark black fur that fades to a dark grey in certain spots, particularly near the face and snout. Doon has a wide stance due to the musculature that resides beneath the fur. His face is marred by a selection of scars, particularly around and across his right eye. That eye is a dull, cloudy golden color while the other shines intensely. His right ear is mangled, the tip of it appearing sliced off.
Doon Sulvir does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know Doon Sulvir will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows Doon Sulvir around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.
Doon Sulvir has been tricked, deceived, threatened and attacked. He has lost friends and Brothers in Arms alike thanks to "the Force". What a single wave of the hand can do is terrifying, especially when there are little limitations to anyone becoming such a threat. Doon believes that the Force, then, is something that requires a higher level of respect and responsibility from those that wield it. Too many people claim to use the Force haphazardly when, in his eyes, any one of them can cause massive destruction. He does not believe in the destruction of all Force users, like the Collective, but instead wants the use of the Force to be heavily regulated and to better guard its secrets from anyone that stumbles across these abilities.
Doon Sulvir is not afraid to exploit any advantage or position of power he has when dealing with others, and relies on a combination of fear, intimidation, manipulation and shows of strength to convince others to compromise and lose. Doon Sulvir can be quite callous in his dealings with others, and never gives up his power. This has earned Doon Sulvir with the reputation of a “bully” and can often make negotiations difficult before they even begin.
Doon Sulvir has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
Without the gift of the Force, Doon Sulvir has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Doon Sulvir has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes him lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.
Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. Doon Sulvir has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster his prowess in close-quarters combat, Doon Sulvir is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.
