“Suffering” on Karufr

Where were you, the day Karufr was lost?

At Pravus behest, Iron Legions Strife,

Proconsul witness, Son of Tal, the cost!

A Betrayal which ends Taldryan life.

Our home, under siege, from “Suffering” skies

Fire rain down, Resurgent “Vengeance” and “Wrath”

Justicar’s Resolve, hate filling his eyes,

Cotelin, Jac, he has chosen his path.

Our Navy is frayed, fleet gone in a blaze,

Beloved vessels, now scavenger trash.

The elders escape, though left in a daze,

War now in our sights, Tal joining the clash

Did you survive, or left, were you, to die?

Tell, dear Tal, where your allegiances lie.

Taldryan has been betrayed. Our own Jac Cotelin has turned against us. Pravus’s latest fictional update tells of this Treason, but from the Justicar’s point of view. Now? We want to know yours. Were you on Karufr when three star destroyers laid siege? Were you off world, and how did you find out? Do you side with Tal, showing your true loyalty to our clan? Or have you betrayed us as well?

Judging will be based off of the Voice approved Fiction Grading Rubric.

Third level crescents will be awarded to the top three, and CI’s will be awarded based on the Voice Fiction Policies.
