"Fill Up The Website" - A Clan Wide Competition

Starting on October 1st, and going until October 12th, you'll have an opportunity to help fix mistakes, typos, spelling errors, fill in missing content, and more on the new Clan Naga Sadow website, and get points in a competition. 3rd Level Crescents are up for grabs to whoever earns the most points.

Everytime you see a typo, bad grammar, a broken link, or mis-information, send it in and get 1 point in the competition. You can't stock pile all your information until the end however, I'll be updating mistakes as they're sent to me, if you send in something that's already been fixed, no points for you! The only limit on points is the number of mistakes on the website, and I'm sure there are plenty.

Wanna earn even MORE points ? Do you have a bunch of graphics you've made in the past ? Or maybe your a former Summit member who has a ton of competition entries with fictions ? Everytime you send in an old graphic, fiction, or poetry item for the Library of Sadow, you'll get two points. In the interests of fairness to newer members, theres a points cap of 10 points per person per item (ie you can't get more then 10 points for fictions, 10 points for poetry, and 10 points for graphics). However, everyone should be encouraged to send in everything they have.

How about even MORE points then that ? Got some old documents from ages past ? Maybe the Knight Trials from 3 years ago ? If you've gotta old archane document that could be of historical interest, send it in! Each entry will earn upto 5 points, based on the relevance, interest and accuracy of the documents you're submitting. No more then 15 points will be awarded per member in this category, but submit as many as you can, as you won't know how many points your submission got!

And Finally, a chance to earn a whole lot of points, and totally level the playing field. Do you think something is missing on the website ? Something you could add to make the website better ? Here's your chance. Create what you think is missing (even if its an entire category!), and send it on in. All entries will recieve points, based on the merit of the idea. Even if your idea isin't used, you'll still get points. Submissions are worth upto 10 points each, based on the in-depthness of the idea. (Simply sending in a suggestion will get you a few points, sending in a suggestion with all the needed content will get you eight or nine points). There is no upward limit in this category, so, you junior members who might not do so well in the latter two categories, this category is for you.

All entries should be sent to myself ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), as well as the category manager for the specific item. If you find a typo in the new member category, you should email myself, and Lucius, as he is the manager of that category. Please be specific with your information, not just "theres a typo on X page". If we can't find your error, you prolly won't get points for it! Items for the main page and pages not in a category should be sent to just me.

Category managers are eligable to play, HOWEVER, you can't submit anything for a category you manage. I of course won't be playing. Finally, EMAILS MUST HAVE THE SUBJECT OF "Fill Up The Website"!!!! If you don't, it may not be counted!!
