Beginning June 1, 2017 and continuing for the period of one year (until May 31, 2018), Tarentum will participate in "Operation: Driftwood." This is intended as an ongoing, yearly series of small, fun, time-sparing competitions. Each of the sub-competitions will be designed by each of the positioned Summit members of Tarentum, her constituent Houses and Teams. Each event will be released every month, with a change of some sort for each month. Each of the Summit members will be responsible for one type/theme/title of competition, and it will be up to them to grade each monthly competition.

For every member who participates in each event, one participation point will be earned for the overall event. The winner will be decided purely by the most participation points earned. The more each member submits, the greater their chances of winning. In the event of a tie (for the podium standings), whomever had the highest single-month count of submissions will be given priority. So, anyone who submit to all, or as many as possible in one month, has a good chance of earning a victory in the event of a tie.
