Despite their success, the House is divided in the aftermath of their assault on House Imperium. Those loyal to only Excidium find themselves at odds with those who still swear fealty to Scholae Palatinae. While no one dismisses the supplies obtained were crucial in furthering their plans, competing ideologies begin to emerge about the manner in which the House will operate going forward. Tension is thick and quickly escalating through the rank and file aboard the recently acquired House Fleet.
Despite the unrest, House Excidium travels to Ulress - the single moon of the planet Albicosus - in an attempt to fence their recently acquired booty. There, in the city of Ulr Uvi, they will utilize contacts with the criminal organization Black Core to move their goods. This is the first time House Excidium has ventured to the hollowed moon and interacted with the criminal underbelly of the Caperion System. Combined with the internal turmoil, it bodes poorly for the fledgling House’s chance of a united front in a new land. This will be the most trying test, thus far, as the House is threatened both internally and externally in it’s constant fight for survival.
Objective: Write a fiction that details the intrigue both internally and externally against House Excidium’s future. Will the house splinter under the competing loyalties? Will the Black Core lure away precious resources and members? Or will they become a critical ally in the future of House Excidium? Does a bad ‘meet’ between sellers and buyers create further troubles? Be creative. No limits!
