Though the rubble and blood have been cleared away, Port Ol'val is a wreck. Scorch marks and fallen-down buildings are a silent testament to the violence that ensued at the behest of Whallata the Hutt. The black market and the port are all but deserted. Basic supplies, such as food, breathable air and water are in short supply. To make matters worse, House Qel-Droma's already tenuous hold on the shadow port is being tested by a few small gangs, who seek to carve their own niche of territory.

This cannot stand. It is time to restore our base of operations to a more functional and financially stable state.

A Shadow Port in Shambles will be a long-running series of competitions focusing on rebuilding and revitalizing Port Ol'val, the base of operations for House Qel-Droma. Placements in the container competition will be based upon points accrued based on competing and placing in the sub-competitions. Participants will receive 5 points for placing first, 4 points for second place, 3 points for third, and 1 point for participation.

It's time to get to work. After all, criminal empires do not build themselves.
