Port Ol’val is rebuilt! Now we need to know who lives there. Are they members of our crime family? Members of other gangs? Or just everyday shopkeeps, and civillians?

Your mission is to create NPC’s for HQD to use to populate our Shadowport. You are encouraged to create as many as you wish, but choose 1 which will be used to determine placement!!! These will have a chance at being used in upcoming fictions!!!

Grading will be determined by the most interesting, well thought out, and descriptive writing.

Note, this is not a fiction, this isn’t about telling a story, it's about detailing a character, what they looks like, and who they are.

Submissions may be in pdf or .doc form, or textbox submission. Wiki coding is not required, nor will it influence the scoring.

Description: Sporting salt and pepper close cropped hair, Jacobi is a man of his prime... about 10 years too late. Having spent most of his adult life infiltrating cartels, gangs and every sort of unsavory scum he was paid to get information on has led the man to appear older than the average man of his age.

Motivation: Jacobi has made a few mistakes, worked a few too many angles and set a few too many enemies against one another to further his own goals. Right now there's no less than a half dozen lieutenants and he worries maybe a boss or two with his name on their lips. He's looking for a way off Ol'Val and willing to pay with someone elses money to make it happen
