Pleasant Court
Lyra Colony complex Twenty Seven B, to be known as Pleasant Court, is a small half built housing complex in the south part of the colony. A square of one storey bungalows surrounding a small artificial lake. Work is still ongoing to bring this area up to standard by several construction teams.
At one end of square the properties show signs of completion, with uniform but airy white window frames and high security doors opening to pleasantly decorated homes, each with a tiled hallway and doors leading to a bedroom, modern bathroom and kitchen and living room overlooking the square. Plain but functional furniture has been fitted in each room and the kitchens have a breakfast bar, table and chairs and modern appliances.
The homes to the middle of the square are a mixture of completion stages, some are finished on the outside but are just a series of empty rooms on the inside, and others are a just a shell waiting for the doors and windows to be fitted.
The final homes have not even arrived yet and four empty dug foundations await the properties to be lifted into them. There are several mechanical diggers and deactivated construction robots surrounding them. This is also the area where large crates of external and internal fittings have been delivered and lay waiting for use.
The middle of the square is also in a mixed state of completion. The artificial lake has been dug but not filled and though a few trees have been planted there are many stakes emerging from the ground where the rest are due to be.
With great promise for future living Pleasant Court is a sun trap and pleasantly warm in the day time if currently the lack of lighting makes it creepy at night.

The Thuvis Shipyards are a mostly abandoned space station in the Lyra-3K system. The station once belonged to the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire, but have since fallen into disrepair in the past decades. The station is largely ovular in nature, with many docks and platforms being projected outward to accommodate vessels of varying sizes. Only ⅓ of the station is currently operational due to the efforts of the Severian Principate, a group composed of some of the remnants of the Imperial navy. This group works tirelessly to repair the station and fix the elliptical orbit the station has around the sun.
The station is of particular interest to the Brotherhood as it offers a staging point against The Collective and an area where the various fleets can be repaired and refuel. Many contracts have recently been created which deal with the station; the Brotherhood is willing to pay a sizable credit sum to anyone who can manage to negotiate with the Severian Principate or seize control of the station with appropriate force. These bounties have attracted a number of nefarious individuals, so interested parties may have to contend with forces outside the Principate members inhabiting the station.
Despite its crippled state, the station has a number of defenses against potential invaders. At least a dozen turbolasers have been powered up as part of a point defense system. The docks are strictly monitored by security forces who will not hesitate to use lethal force to ensure their station remains protected. But these people are overworked and underpaid, they certainly can not protect every dock, even among the ones currently active.
To all who hope to seize the station in search of personal glory and riches, The Brotherhood wishes you good fortune. May the Force be with you all!

**Thuvis Shipyard - Docking Bay**
As you enter through the armoured airlock doors, you can tell that the landing bay in front of you has seen better days. The first hint was the squealing as the doors opened - a rarity in modern, well-maintained facilities.
Looking around, you can see piles of scrap metal from the refit operations as well as heaps of trash scooped out of the various derelict rooms across the station. The piles are close to the loading arms to easily transfer the debris into the scows that are helping clean up. You see one of these robust and utilitarians scows touching down as you enter and crews begin to operate those large loading arms with magnetic grapples and mechanical grasping claws.
The light above you flickers briefly, causing you to look up just in time to catch a droplet of... something... as it falls from the ceiling. As you wipe the fluid away, you notice other lights in the bay also flickering intermittently, another obvious sign of age and the need for repairs.
You hear another bay airlock door grind open about 100 yards away and look over to see your opponent enter.
